Late Policy

Any student showing up to the premise after the designated class or appointment start time is considered “late” . We kindly ask that you show up 5 to 10 minutes prior to class starting. This will allow for enough time to sign in and prepare yourself for class. Warming up is an essential part of each class as it prepares the body for various training techniques that you will experience and each warm up targets muscles commonly used by aerialists. By not participating in the warmup you can substantially increase your risk of injury.

Please note: The studio door is locked once the class has begun - Late students will not be permitted entry into the studio and considered a late-cancel/no-show. No shows will be charged for the missed class and no make-up class or credit will be provided.

Refund Policy & Class Expiry

All purchases are final. No studio credit or refund will be issued for any classes, appointments or rentals purchased. Paid value may be transferred on a one-time basis (must be transferred and used prior to expiry date). All classes expire 3 months after purchase. Membership classes must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any unused passes are forfeited at end of each pay period.

Class make-up Policy

We do not be provide make up classes or studio credit for students who miss class or “late cancel”. Late cancellation is anyone who cancels with less than 24 hours notice. Students who cancel class with greater than 24 hours notice will have their pass returned to their file for use at a later date.

Virtual Class Policy

Students may attend classes virtually if registered, if you would like to attend a class virtually that is not offered on the schedule - please contact our management team at hello@reddeerpoleacademy.com. We kindly ask for you to show up on time to virtual classes as warm - up is an important part of each lesson and turn your cameras on. If you do not wish to have your camera on during the class you may choose to turn it off, however, please turn your camera on at the start and end of each class for registration. Do not record any part of the class without the instructors knowledge or expressed permission.
